Jersey Dry specialises in keeping water out of New Jersey basements and crawl spaces. We work directly with homeowners rather than through sales agencies, which means the person who inspects your basement is accountable for the system that goes into it.

We understand that you are weighing up cost against protecting the investment you have in your property, so we work on a personalised basis: your house, your soil, your budget. Whether the basement is just damp after rain, you are worried about radon coming up through a crawl space, or humidity has already produced mould, our technicians analyse the property first and recommend second.

Water reaches a basement from two very different directions, and the distinction matters. Even a house on higher ground can have a damp basement, because groundwater enters through the exterior walls. Basements that flood specifically after heavy rain usually have a surface-water problem, so we check every gutter and downspout before proposing anything bigger.

For wet basements we offer a full lifetime warranty on our work, and if you sell the house the cover transfers to the next owner. We are open Monday – Saturday, 8am – 6pm, and financing is available at rates as low as 0 percent.

We collect only what we need to respond to you: the name, phone number, email address, town and description you give us over the phone or by email. We use it to arrange your estimate and to carry out the work — nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them except with the suppliers and subcontractors directly involved in your job. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
